  • Shipping & Delivery
  • Please allow 7 - 14 business days for delivery. At this time we are not accepting rush orders. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.


  • Sales Tax
  • Jackie's Wig Shop charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.


  • Return Policy
  • NO REFUNDS! ONE EXCHANGE ONLY! When exchanging your product all original packaging must be included. The wig must have all tags still attached to it. It cannot be combed or brushed. It must be in good sale-able condition. Please include your name, address and the reason why you are requesting an exchange. Also, indicate which wig or hairpiece you wish to exchange it for and/ or the new color. Only one exchange per item is permitted. There will be a $10.00 restocking fee per Item which includes basic shipping and handling charges for replacement of hairpiece or products. $20.00 restocking fee for all Human Hair. $30.00 restocking fee for all International orders. Exchange must be equal or of a higher amount. If the exchange item is a lower amount, the difference will be applied as a store credit towards your next purchase. The difference cannot be refunded. DAMAGED merchandise or defective merchandise may be returned within 5 days of receipt for a replacement of the exact same item only. All Sales are final on all make-up, Hair products, hair brushes. For sanitary reasons these items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. REFUSED shipments will incur a 50% restocking fee plus any freight charges accrued as a result of the refused shipment.   • Hours of operation are eastern standard time Monday-Friday 10 AM - 5 PM. Due to wig manufactures being closed on the weekends we will be closed on weekends. All orders and phone calls received after 5 PM or weekends will be filled the following business day.
