What would represent 40 of our sales of phones

The Korean, who has lost market share from the phones last year, put on "smartphones", expected to reach half of its sales in 2010. Another shipyard, 3D, with first products on sale in April.

What balance are you getting 2009

The year has been good. Our total sales of products on the France represented slightly more than EUR 2.5 billion, is the same level as in 2008. Given the context of crisis, it is a good performance. We had to adapt, by reducing our costs. We have also frozen our recruitments and cut budget advertising (-40). It took to organize differently, being more judicious on purchase of space, and making great efforts in logistics: we are working now with four days of stocks, but thirty days in the past. These actions allowed us to stay the course, as consumer demand has not abated. The only television market jumped 30! The French want the novelty, they no longer fear to re-equip.

Your first market, telephony, has been yet very competed, including by the Apple iPhone...

We remain leader in phones. We sold in about 10 million in 2009 - including 20 of "smartphones" - 9.2 million in 2008. Our market share in value stands at 28.8 (32.3 in 2008) and 35.6 in volume (compared to 30.7). It is clear that the iPhone has disturbed the whole of the market. He required us to focus on the "smartphone", product, B to B, became public. In 2010, we aim 50 of the sales of "smartphones" in France, which will revert to increase our sales in this market. What would represent 40 of our sales of phones. To do this, we will push products running on Google's Android operating systems and improve the design. We also build on client services: Barcelona fair, we will unveil our first phone with Bada, our new "application store", which will be released in April in France.

This year should see the advent of 3D. How you prepare yourself

It is a growth relay on which we base great hopes. In France, we will launch our first product in the first half of April. For the consumer, the cost will be approximately 200 euros to offers of conventional TVs. Our goal is that the 3D represents, end of 2010, 20 of our sales of LED TVs. We are not concerned on the home of the consumer. But we will have to provide a special effort on the distribution, by putting in place, for example, dedicated spaces.

What are your other areas of development

We want to strengthen us in the markets where we are "challenger", such as cameras, print or PC. On this last segment, 2009 was a banner year: we have been number two for the sale of "netbooks" with 25 of market share. This breakthrough has allowed us to multiply by five our PC sales, with 500,000 units sold. Clearly, there is not the same dynamics on "netbooks" this year. But we have other projects: we are going to launch three e-books in the first half. Furthermore, we believe much to touch screens, that we will develop all of our lines. In General, we will enhance convergence between the products ("smartphones", PC, etc.).

In fine, we rely on sales of the order of EUR 3 billion in 2010.
